Cochlear Implant surgery in 4.5 yr old kid .
Deaf and mute since birth.
Intraoperative NRT and Impedance very well.
X Ray shows complete insertion of electrodes in cochlea achieving almost 2-3/4 turns.
Post operative period was uneventful and patient got discharged 2 days after surgery.
